Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return policy if you change your mind or they don't suit you. Just email us at hello@shadesupply.store and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please pack the sunglasses up securely so that no damage is done during the return shipping. Once we have received the sunnies and made sure they are still in perfect condition, we will issue your refund. Your refund will be the total cost you paid for the order, and will not include your shipping costs.
If your sunglasses are damaged in any way when you receive them from the mail, please email us at hello@shadesupply.store with the details and a photo and we will resolve the issue for you.

If you break them, please email us at hello@shadesupply.store and tell us how you broke them and attach a photo. 
We will then email you back with a return address and you will be required to send the broken pair back. 

Once we receive the broken pair, we will send you a new pair, no questions asked!
