Premium Range Shipping FAQ

Do you offer free shipping for your premium range? 

Our premium range does not include free shipping. When purchasing from our premium range, shipping costs and estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout.

How long will they take to arrive? 

Our premium range are stocked here in Queensland, Australia. Every order will be posted within 48 hours of you placing the order, and all orders placed on a weekend will be posted on Mondays.

Orders within Australia will generally arrive within 7 days, and overseas orders may take between 7-14 days to arrive. This is just a guideline and certain circumstances may effect these times. 


Please note that our shipping process is different for our premium range. Our premium range is stocked here in Queensland, Australia so shipping times will be dramatically increased compared to our original styles.

 

Original styles:

As stockists, we work directly with manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers from all around the world - including Australia, America & China - and ship all of our products direct from each supplier in order to keep our prices down.

Some of these suppliers ship through, or use Central & East Asian postal services.

From the 5th - 12th of February, China will celebrate New Years - and as a result all orders made during or either one week preceding or one week following the holiday will have a minimum 2 WEEK extension on expected processing and shipping times as listed below.

We understand that this is a long time to wait, so if this is not okay with you, please wait to make your order!

 

THE ORDER PROCESS

   If your item is in stock, please allow 2-6 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
We work with a variety of different suppliers so please bear in mind when ordering more than one pair with us they can arrive at different times.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

USA/Australia/New Zealand: 1-3 Weeks (approx. 10-20 business days)

Canada: 2-3 Weeks (approx. 10-24 business days)

Europe: 2-4 Weeks (approx. 14-28 business days)

Germany: 3-4 Weeks (approx. 20-40 business days)

UK: 3-4 Weeks (approx. 20-40 business days)

TRACKING

All orders will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. To access tracking estimates please visit www.17track.net/en and enter the tracking code provided.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for a delay include:

1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country

2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft 

3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in Burleigh Heads, Australia but work with wholesalers all around the world to find you the best possible prices!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders take, on average, 3 business days to be processed. Once your item is dispatched delivery will take 12-20 BUSINESS days (Monday - Friday). This is because our items are sent straight from the manufacturer in order to give you the best price possible. Delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please make sure you are happy with this before ordering.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER OR MY ITEM IS FAULTY

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us: 
1. Contact us: 
hello@shadesupply.store to obtain a return address 
2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. 
3. Cover your address label with our return address 
4. Return the package by using your local Post Office who will advise cost and obtain proof of postage.  
5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

 

PREMIUM RANGE FAQ:

WHAT IF THEY DON'T SUIT ME?
No problem! We offer a 30 day return policy if you change your mind or they don't suit you. Just email us at hello@shadesupply.store and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please pack the sunglasses up securely so that no damage is done during the return shipping. Once we have received the sunnies and made sure they are still in perfect condition, we will issue your refund. Your refund will be the total cost you paid for the order, and will not include your shipping costs.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

WHAT IF THEY ARE DAMAGED WHEN I GET THEM? 
If your sunglasses are damaged in any way when you receive them from the mail, please email us at hello@shadesupply.store with the details and a photo and we will resolve the issue for you.

DO THEY COME WITH WARRANTY?

We are so confident in our premium range we back them with a lifetime warranty!
If you break them, please email us at hello@shadesupply.store and tell us how you broke them and attach a photo. 
We will then email you back with a return address and you will be required to send the broken pair back. 

Once we receive the broken pair, we will send you a new pair, no questions asked!

This only covers broken or damaged sunglasses, not lost or stolen.
It is compulsory to send your broken pair back to us to receive the warranty. 
You will be required to pay the shipping for the second pair, and this offer is only available once per customer.
